    • be a couple ( m/f or f/f ) or a solo lady
    • have celebrated your 21st birthday ( both halves if couple )
    • reside in the Pacific Northwest ( WA, OR or BC, Canada )
    • complete and submit the Request Free Pass form

  • Yahoo! Group Membership

    To join our 1100+ member Yahoo! Group you must ......

    • meet the criteria specified on the prior NWCBF.com page
    • and have a Yahoo! profile that includes the following:
      1. your location ( a city or county + state / province )
      2. age of profile owner
      3. gender of profile owner

    IMPORTANT!  If you are joining as a couple and the profile belongs to the male half then your profile must contain something that conveys that you are a couple.

    We have some very busy geeks over in Yahoo! land.

    How many different Yahoo! profile formats and related profile editing screens / systems have you seen over the last 2+ years?
    Ummmm ... by my count there have been at least three.

    Many in our community are having trouble dealing with some of the ins & outs of Y! profile management. Two of the most trouble some areas seem to be ...

    • entering ones age ( yikes! )
    • making ones profile visible to others

  • Yahoo! Profile ( Editing Age )

    IMPORTANT! ~ be sure you are logged into your Yahoo! account ...

    • click here: Edit My Profile Info (will open in new tab or window)
    • you should now be on the My Info screen
    • click the Basics section Edit button (far right side of screen)
    • enter month, day and year of birth
    • in the box on the far right, choose "No one"
    • be sure that the Hide my age check box is NOT checked
    • only your AGE will be displayed if you followed the
      previous two steps
    • click the Basics section SAVE button (far right side of screen)

  • Yahoo! Profile ( Editing Visibility )

    IMPORTANT! ~ be sure you are logged into your Yahoo! account ...

    • click here: Edit My Profile Settings (will open in new tab or window)
    • you should now be on the Manage Settings screen
    • click on the Manage privacy settings link (under Privacy)
    • you should now see a popup Manage privacy window
    • the Allow peope to find .. checkbox MUST be checked
    • the Select the names that .. checkbox MUST be checked
    • the Hide my profile checkbox MUST be unchecked
    • be sure to click the SAVE button
